Located in a building with a lift on the ground floor and with the option of Private Parking for €30/day, this apartment combines sophistication and convenience in one place. The nearest metro station, Muntaner, will allow you to move easily around the city.
The Only Duplex Apartment in Sarrià with Private Pool for 10 will welcome you with a comfortable design, divided into two levels. The first level has been designed to house the common areas, such as a living-dining room with direct access to the garden and the private pool. Here you can relax, sunbathe, enjoy a drink and share eloquent evenings with your loved ones, creating unforgettable moments. In addition, you will have a fully equipped kitchen to unleash your culinary talents and a courtesy toilet for greater comfort.
The second level is intended to house the rest areas with three double rooms. One of them is a suite with a private bathroom and dressing room. The other two rooms have two beds each, and you will have access to another bathroom with a shower for greater comfort. This apartment has capacity for a maximum of 10 people, and if you need additional space, we have 4 individual sofa beds in the living room to suit your needs.
In every corner, we have thought about your well-being and comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, to make you feel at home. In addition, you will have an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer to ensure that your stay is perfect. The district
The apartment is located in the quiet and elegant neighbourhood of Sarrià. This neighbourhood is connected to the city center, shopping areas such as Diagonal, and the picturesque district of Gracia. In Sarrià you can find elegant boutiques, gourmet shops and delicious restaurants with a high level of culinary offerings. The apartment is not far from beautiful places such as Gaudi's Parc Güell, the modern Plaça Lesseps, Palau Reial where you can find the wonderful Museum of Ceramics, or Tibidabo's funicular (from where you can find the best views of Barcelona).
Sarrià is the neighbourhood par excellence of Barcelona. It preserves the traditional taste and the personality of lifelong neighbours. A district of shops and mansions but also parks, health institutions and prestigious schools. To have a walk in Sarrià is always a pleasure and a reunion with the past. The Sant Gervasi district is mainly a residential area which is very well connected to the rest of Barcelona. It is very close to the traditional neighbourhood of Gracia and the well-known Eixample district. The area has many shops, cafes, bars and different restaurants.
